Project Summary
Project Summary
The Celtic Rainforests Project has worked tirelessly since August 2018, to improve, restore and protect the globally rare temperate rainforest habitat, in 4 Special Areas of Conservation across Wales.
Having just hosted our End of Project Conference in Bangor University in mid-April 2026, we premiered our End of Project Video with 150 likeminded people, who had come together because of a shared love of these magical places.
We were lucky enough to guide Lisa Jên Brown, a local artist and musician who's been inspired by these woodlands, around some of our Celtic Rainforests sites in our End of Project Video.
End of Project Video
This film showcases the achievements of a small team of conservationists from 3 different organisations; Eryri National Park, RSPB Cymru and Coed Cadw; who sought to make a difference on a landscape scale in temperate rainforest habitats across Wales.
