Conservation Grazing of native woodlands video premiered at Wales Biodiversity Conference

This virtual woodland tour was premiered at the Wales Biodiversity Partnership Conference in November. We use some of the practical infrastructure work undertaken as part of the project to facilitate grazing at Coed Garth Gell to discuss the pros and cons of these types of infrastructure. We include footage of the cattle grazing in the woods, the woodland structure we are aiming for by grazing and some of the intermediary structural stages.

The full presentation that provides the broader context can be found on the Wales Biodiversity Partnership Conference website and YouTube channel.

The video is suitable for those with a general interest in woodlands but particularly useful for woodland owners and woodland managers.
